CybilityXP™ LIVE: Level 1 AI First Steps

Turn AI from a risky 'black box' into a
practical, everyday tool your people can
use confidently and safely at work

About this course

Our one‑day, instructor‑led session is designed for non‑technical and mixed‑ability teams, helping them move from ad‑hoc shadow AI use to a consistent, policy‑aligned way of working that supports your strategic, regulatory, and cultural goals.

Participants work through realistic scenarios based on your context – such as drafting customer emails, summarising research, or preparing internal updates – and see the consequences of good versus poor AI choices in a safe environment.

Why this course

AI is already in your organisation, whether you have a policy or not. This course helps staff recognise when and how they can safely use AI in their role, apply a simple “safe use workflow”, and know where the red lines and support routes are in your organisation.

Trainer stands at the front of a bright classroom, facing six adult participants seated around a U‑shaped table. The group is engaged in discussion and looking at printed handouts, with name tents, bowls of snacks, pens, and colourful materials spread across the table. In the background, stacked chairs line the wall, giving the scene a relaxed, workshop-style atmosphere.

By the end of the day, your people will be able to:

What does the day look like?

Across three highly interactive sessions, we blend plain‑English explanation with hands‑on practice, discussion and reflection.

Throughout the session, we use memorable analogies, mini‑simulations, reflections, and quiz‑style checkpoints to keep the energy high and the learning “sticky”. Live polls, Q&A and group discussion provide clear insight into current usage, confidence levels and areas of concern, and help participants connect the concepts to their own work and challenges.

Facilitator stands smiling at the front of a U‑shaped table layout, talking with two participants who are working on a colourful board game–style activity sheet covered in icons and notes. Other adults around the table read handouts, use their phones, or discuss materials, with bowls of snacks, fidget toys, and printed worksheets spread across the workspace in a bright, modern training room.

Top blue bubble says “Interactive session held my attention.” Middle orange bubble says “It was a fun, engaging session. Material was very clear.” Bottom dark blue bubble says “Very safe space, allowed to fidget and stand up as needed.” In the lower right corner is the Cybility logo with the tagline “Demystifying Cybersecurity.”
